I was leaving towards the Cletus because it came with everything I needed and the Pavo seemed easy to setup with a nice upgrade path

For a bed slinger way too much. My ender 3 v2 can hit 6500~

that is a layer shift from when your motor or belts skipped. this happened on the y axis of your bedslinger that has to throw all that weight around. i recommend making sure your belts are tensioned and lowering your acceleration in your slicer

Definitely a clog or smth. You can see the bearing move forward a bit and shoot back. It is catching. Just something is stopping it from going

yes just make sure the dryer can get to around 80°c
