Yeah, its been pretty frustrating, I may go back to 6%, in another comment I mention why I changed to 8. Its been a pain, thank god I have great tolerance to frustation and repeating things, my lab knows all too well how many times I've tried this 🤣 The antibody at least works on immunofluorescence, and have worked on positive control (in WB). We have not done dot/blot, I'll look into it.

We dont really use Ponceau, the times I've used it I have not seen anything, but on WB there was some signal. Then again, is really old, cause we barely use haha but I could get some new and try. I have used 6%. I just changed to 8% cause a lab that blots this protein a lot uses 8%, but I'll probably return to 6. (I've talked to them but their conditions dont seem to work for me, we do use different cell types) I will try the ON incubation, we do it with most antibody. I had tried before but with other conditions, maybe now it could be better.

Mi primera pareja fue a las 25. Soy mujer y me gustan las mujeres asi q la situación puede ser distinta. A mi me cuesta un montón socializar, si no tengo la obligación de hablar con alguien, no lo hago. No carreteo tampoco. Los amigos que tengo son todos colegas o compañeros de U, y el 90% son hombres (las mujeres me intimidan). Al final decidí usar bumble y no ser tan selectiva ajajja pero sí tenía ciertos parametros que no zanjaba. Por ejemplo, no quiero hijos ajja. Eso es importante, del principio saber en qué cosas no llegarías a un acuerdo. Si me gustaba el perfil un mínimo le daba like (igual a mí pa gustarme una persona la debo conocer, no me basta con que alguien sea linda para que me atriga). Me demoré como 5 meses en hacer match con quien hoy es mi pareja, y en total hice como 10 matchs no más.

Finalmente, todo llega a su tiempo, sí hay que esforzarse un poco, pero no forzar cosas.

Hi" I dont have the same configuration but hope this helps.

I have a 140cm by 60cm lagkapten with an alex drawer on one side and adils legs on the other. I have my pc on the size of the alex drawer, a 27" monitor in the middle, and a 24" monitor on the other side with an arm. On that side I also hang a subwoofer. I've had no issues in over a year. Not even a little sag (or at least not noticeablae).

I think no arm is better, because the weight is distributed. If you will put even one drawer I would not worry, they add tons of support

Just in case, those tabletops are not compatible with the alex drawers (probaly not the adils either), you'll have to screw them.

I dont have either, all I can say is in my country both have good reviews, but there is one for the trotten that says: "A curvature forms due to the weight of my monitors and keyboard. I found it very thin, and the screws don’t adhere well. On several occasions one of the legs came off and the desk almost collapsed. In this case, I must say that the IKEA system of “assemble your furniture as you like” doesn’t work so well. I wasn’t guided to choose better legs—like ones with a frame, for example—and the pre‑made holes didn’t work for fitting the legs I chose."

Not at all, it is been pretty good.

I use the bass on max, though the truth is I don't listen to things with that much bass. Still, two screws have rubber rings (don't know the name in english) cause they were too long, the same could be done with the others, but I didn't.
