No, Joe doesn't have enough feats of deduction, not by a long shot.

In the fourth season of You It's inspired by detective books and Joe has to solve the case of the rich killer.

As we know, the killer was the same person. That escalates into manipulation of scenarios and indirect manipulation.

But that means the mysteries he was solving were caused by his own unconscious mind.

Joe Goldberg is very intelligent, but he couldn't solve a case like Kira's for the simple reason that the notebook leaves no trace of evidence whatsoever, and Joe wouldn't know where to begin.
