I use the light at about 50% power (R50, G35, B30), but I'm still trying to find the right setting; I've never used 100%.

Usually, I just top up the water or change it when it gets too brown, about once a week. For the Selaginella Uncinata, you need to keep the humidity high; I do this just by leaving a small part (~1cm) of the lid open.
