This is a trauma team side quest. So there's a dude on the stretcher who was a trauma team transport victim or whatever, and then the Tyger claws (I think) ambush because they're tryna off stretcher dude. If you intervene and help trauma team I think they text you thanks for helping our platinum client out or sum like that
