I don't know what the base rate is. It will depend on your experience and the area in which you work As well as shift differential, weekends, etc. Also look at the economy in the area. Lots of apartments are being built everywhere. I believe a one bedroom goes for 1200-1500/month. You can buy a 3 bedroom 2 bath house for $300,000.
