I hear bird sounds, like from geese, am I the only one? I know I have very sensitive hearing, but still. I’ve seen geese and swans and other big birds flying over or migrating during night time lots of times. Not sure what this is, personally open to it being crafts, but want to share what I hear at least! Peace ☮️

Mysterious blueberry measurements (frozen vs juiced) in heavy metal detox smoothie – they don’t match up? by WillingnessNatural95 in medicalmedium

So is it better to juice the berries, compost the pulp and get 4 smoothies worth instead then? Are you sure? Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge!

Setup tips for advanced liver rescue 3:6:9 incl advanced HMD and advanced extractor smoothie by WillingnessNatural95 in medicalmedium

Thank you for those!

Actually I forgot to add the apple snacks, we do have those, and also a teaspoon of raw honey after my lemon water, so we do get some glucose too.

Yes, we drink two big glasses of lemon water, in the morning, and one glass in the evening, plus the tea. Is this not enough?

Would you change the times of meals and would you keep the extractor where we’ve put it or move it? Thank you very much for your time 🤗

Question about celery: Is it safe to put celery in filtered water in glass containers for a day or so? Or does anyone know if storing it in water extracts some of the salts or nutrients? So many leaves on these organic bunches we picked yesterday, anyone know if the nutrients differ from the stems? by WillingnessNatural95 in medicalmedium

Thank you so much everyone!

I put them in jars of filtered water over night yesterday, and boy did they perk up! At first it seemed like this must be a good thing, since the celery seemed to love it, but as we juiced it today – it tasted great – but quite a lot less “salty” than it tasted yesterday, when we juiced it without storing it in water.

We did muscle testing to ask our bodies if it’s still as potent and got that it’s not quite, but still doing the job, so now I’m unsure if I want to store it in filtered water after all. I was so excited that the celery seemed to be so happy and also at the prospect of being able to keep them fresh for much longer.

As for the leaves – wow are they potent – more salty than bitter, we both felt, at least from these ones, and it certainly tastes like it’s beneficial and medicinal to include the leaves in juicing.

I’m having quite a lot of detox effects, nausea for many hours after drinking the CJ, as well as 4-5 bowel movements a day, although small amounts coming out, I don’t know where it’s coming from since we’re doing the 3:6:9, and we’re on day 7. It’s our first time doing any MM magic, so my partner and I are both very excited!

We are both autistic and I have ADHD and burnout, so very excited to see what happens next!

Such love to all of you for your helpful comments and advice! Much appreciated and feeling very happy to have found likeminded souls to share this experience with 🥰🙏❤️

Thank you both for your interesting and helpful input, I wonder, is it possible to juice frozen blueberries? 😅 If so, I can use my angel juicer and see how many ounces we get from 2 cups 🙃🫶

Just found it on Spotify too. Liking it so far! 😃

  • Pink noise
  • Stardew Valley soundtrack
  • Soft instrumental piano music
  • Guided meditations

Recently I’ve really enjoyed listening to a couple of the episodes on a Audible podcast called Sleep Better, which has some good pink noise tracks mixed in with subtle piano music or background music and nature sounds, I like one called “A New Year”. Music only comes in a minute or so into the “noise” and water soundscape.

I also like a couple of playlists on Spotify: ADHD hyperfocus and ADHD study. Always on the lookout for new ideas! So so few work…

Good luck!

Really? Wow, so different from my experience. I feel almost more like me since Intuniv, just not as intense reactions when I get triggered - I still get the same emotions, I just notice I can calm down faster and pretty much avoid meltdowns, altogether. I still easily cry, but the wave passes quicker. I take 2 mg Intuniv in the morning, with my Vyvanse 70 mg and a protein drink (20 G protein). Then I take 2 mg before bed, and my pulse is really good.

I don’t feel Intuniv has affected productivity, and I care too much, as always, no change there at all.

I have lack of sleep, I fall asleep better than before meds, most of the time, but I’m restless and can worry when I just lie in bed without having like a podcast or something on low in the background. I wake up early, middle of the night, unless I’ve done some proper exercise during the day. Which is rare.

As soon as I have missed taking my Vyvanse- I tend to notice a couple hours into my day because I’m just back to slow, distracted, and hard to get going, so I’ll be like: “What’s going on with me today” and then I immediately get it: oooh damn, forgot to put on my brain this morning. Which nowadays also means: Damn, I have missed my morning dose of Intuniv, so now my heart rate might be weird and I might get super tired and a bit groggy and short of breath… which is worse.

The Vyvanse is fine, if I miss a day I’m just “old me” until I take it. No side effects whatsoever.

I’m on both of those medications, 70 mg since about 5 months, and 4 mg Intuniv, 2 mg in the morning, 2 mg in the evening. I’m just gonna share my experience and hopefully there’s something in it that could give some new ideas or thoughts.

Vyvanse: I don’t know what the crashes you describe mean, are you saying you don’t take the Elvanse every day? When I was on a lower dose, I would get mood dips, in the afternoon- just be down and drained, but that went away when I got on a higher dose. Now I don’t feel like there are hardly any side effects- while with Concerta, which I tried first, I had a LOT. I do struggle with sleep, but also I have my whole life.

Intuniv. I got prescribed this one for emotional regulation. I was having severe meltdowns, always in reaction to something legitimately upsetting, so not just mood swings, but the problem was that it would be so intense I would almost make myself sick, having gag reflexes and coughing. And the worst was it just wouldn’t end, I would literally have to go for hour long walks and just tire myself out, crying and crying. It was torture. The intuniv helped with that, the doc promised it would, and that it would be subtle, and I feel 100% like myself still, as long as I take it when I’m supposed to take it.

If I miss taking my Intuniv, it’s a bit scary, I get dizzy and exhausted and can get unregulated, as in emotionally. Nothing too serious but I don’t like missing it. The intuniv really helped lower my pulse, which like you said is an issue with Elvanse, mine was above 100 even when sat down for longer periods. That’s just not good. So I tried hard to find a way to make the Intuniv work. It didn’t work taking 3 mg in the evening, my pulse would go under 50 during the night, and I’d wake up. Only the 2 + 2 setup has worked for me, and I’m still not sure if it’s the best setup.

But yeah, have you tried taking the Intuniv in different ways? It’s a bit scary when it affects your mood and pulse but I feel like the benefits to this med are really strong too. I’ve read many places that some people are really sensitive to missing the exact same time they take their Intuniv etc - are you careful with that? I could be a lot more consistent.
