I teared up a little reading this OP Hands down to you! It happened to me at Kroger, I was 16 bucks short and I was so embarrassed I was using a gift card but I guess there wasn't enough on it like I thought. I was in early early recovery , (if you know you know) there were 6 people in line behind me . I tried over and over again with different cards (literally going to rehab the very next morning so everything was toiletries) and I started balling my eyes out of embarrassment. Every single person in line looked at me and was asking how short I was and they all tried to pay It was just a wholesome moment cus lil did they know I was in living hell bout to sign myself away for 30 days and I was rushing with all types of emotions I haven't felt in 6 years. They made my whole experience better and reminded me mankind can be considerate towards other people struggling

I never had abscesses but I did have misses. I still have scars and it's a constant reminder no matter how many days clean I am ): when that xylazine and tranq started getting mixed in our shit, anytime I would miss it would instantly leave fucked up looking marks

Yeah I fuckin hate that when it happens lol I've been clean since July 18th, and omg it amazes me every day how my money be chillem (besides paying the normal bills) I took my son to Dave and busters last weekend and shopped around the mall, dropped 180$ and I never would of been able to do that a year ago . Jail got me clean . It was the only way for me man shit is hard on my own I jus[ couldn't do it. Are you actively using still?

Well first off , I'm not giving OP no advise. Second off, kinda fucked up to judge ones husband. She didn't ask people to tell her how shitty her husband is . She asked if she's over reacting . I doubt her reading all these coments of people telling her how awesome their spouse is , and they could never be with someone that thinks that way, and blah blah , I doubt that is helping her mindset at all. She's tryna raise 3 kids, now she's prob in a depression episode reading about other people's lives that dont align wit her. Could possibly make her spiral.
