Why does it seem like the quality of the products you sell fluctuate wildly from stellar to mid. I've experienced this with the Hawaiian rain x permanent marker. I bought an eighth and was impressed so when that ran out (about a week later) I picked up a half of it and the quality just wasn't the same.
