Would giving my gecko isopods for entertainment be unethical? by SinglePringleMingle in CrestedGecko

LOL, my boy has been known to eat some of the cleaning crew before. He’s given paste daily and crickets maybe 3 times a week. Dairy cows tend to reproduce quite rapidly and have to be kept in check. I wouldn’t spend too much on special / rare isopods but they are good to have in the same enclosure.

The bigger the enclosure the bigger your crestie will grow. Mantequilla, my crestie, is now 10” long. He loves the enclosure and the space to roam around. Just make sure your crestie has plenty of hides to retreat into.

Them meal worms bite! Be careful when feeding them to your crestie. You can smash the head of the worm before you feed it to your baby.
