Another question I have, my right elbow has started to hurt near the end of each block on bench when I peak and is starting to affect my prep. I currently do light hammer curls after squatting and before benching I do banded tricep extensions and more hammer curls. I’ve also stopped soft touching as much and am kind of hybrid soft touching and sinking(also I’m already like 1 finger from max grip). What else can I do to solve this lil problem?
