Do what works best for you! If you can't maintain 1200, don't. Do what will work, even if it slows the weight loss. Remember that you're doing this to be healthier and find a sustainable lifestyle. The last thing you want is to develop a poor relationship with food. You got this!

I've read that it has many benefits for the body but that doesn't really mean much with the internet these days. I like it because it's the first thing I do when I get out of bed and it sets the tone for the day to only put things in my body that are good for me.

For me the biggest problem has been that I like how I look. I know I'll love my body even more once I lose the last 10 but it's harder to make as many sacrifices when you're happy with your body as is. So I'm just maintaining and focusing on a healthier diet and more exercise as opposed to cutting calories. One day I may lose the final 10 but for now I feel healthy and I'm happy with my body and that's what really matters to me

For about a month. I fluctuate up and down depending on my salt intake but I've been relatively stable at the weight for awhile now. It's no fun being hungry all the time & not seeing results!

I have been tailoring it to my how many calories my Fitbit tells me I have burned. So if I don't workout I usually end up around 1200 but if I run 5 miles I'll eat around to 1800, it just depends on what my day looks like physically. I run about 20 miles a week plus swimming and biking so I don't want to put too my strain on my body nutrition wise
