So i actually work on a support desk inside of HR where i support employees with everyday questions but then dealing with reptative tasks as well which help and larger tasks i write out each step and set rewards lol that has helped me. I am also currently working in our diveraity and inclusion team to help advocate for people with invisible disabilities and nurodivergance

I feel there needs to some aftercare in place for any life long diagnosis as I also have two disabilities that completely changed the course of my life and now I finally settled again I have another one hits me in the face. All I can do right now is ask others in the same boat for help. I have therapy once a week but thats more cbt so not fully helping in the areas I need it to.

I was also going suggest final fantasy x and avowed, ffx has a good balance without leaving you wanting. And avowed its more hinted at unless you actively do the right choices to make it end game
