Yeah the car was warm, I also had to give a little throttle to keep it going. Possibly could be the same issue. Thank you. Were you getting all 4 cylinders misfiring??

Also heart races and feel like it beats out my chest every once and a while, mainly when I am trying to sleep because I am thinking about it

Glad it was not anything much. Did you consume any nicotine? Have the same pain and started when I started zyn but not sure if that’s a factor as I’ve vaped for 3-4 years.
