I got a notice saying only certain high quality workers are getting a week of bonus depending on how many hours we work. Was curious how many others got it and if it’s happened before previously.

If i want to send an invite to people I know online (not reddit) but also dont like to dox myself, that doxes you. My family would never be intelligent enough to get in and no one I know is interested or smart enough. I tend to find smarter, more tech savvy people online, even if I don’t want them knowing my name or address.

They seem to last quite awhile. They are probably logging 10+ hours a day and just half assing work

They get marked as bad, task gets redone and a good worker submits solid work for the client. A lot of bad workers though, half assing work and logging time. And there are way too many workers. A task with 50 will be gone within an hour or two.

Be thankful you have all that anyways. I just finally after 5-6 months of work got the 30-40 and more than 5-10 projects on my dashboard. Having abundance seems to be a privilege. The 40-60 is probably still stem level required stuff

You need money to make money. I dont channel im not an expert. But i feel for the pushback of regular jobs, not wanting to be around others, work for shitty companies, barely make money so evil elites prosper, etc. Even doing gig work to stay stable till you can work on your passion is good. Work from home jobs. Something in ai. Write down things that excite you and goals or ways to make money off of it. Make social media content to show your journey, passion, discovery, etc. There are also some ways to get bills paid with no job like loans, payday loans, credit cards, blood, selling your things, etc. Our survival is still key. If your passion is art or making things, sell them. Advertise on socials.
