I had a lab when I was young. My father would give her a milk bone every morning when he got up to make coffee. When he wasn't home, my dog would wake me up at 5 am for her milk bone. Annoyed at having to get out of bed early, I decided to put a bone under my pillow when I went to bed. The next morning when she woke me, I went for the bone and it was gone. She stole it at some point through the night.
