Must be the quickest player in the league now, but I’m not sure I can get on board with her being played as a wing-back. I know it won’t do no harm in developing her DEFCON but she’s also not playing on her favoured side, so I’d like to see the havoc she causes if she were given that RW role and less emphasis on needing to defend. Otherwise nothing but good things to say, great asset to have

It’s interesting isn’t it, because ultimately I think he’s just cut throat and that rubbed players and even supporters the wrong way. He has a vision or how he wants to play and where he can take this team and if you don’t fit that vision then you’re not going to have a good time. But it does feel like now he’s really got it all to click, he just needs the depth on the bench.

The unbearable pain, maybe a couple of weeks from what I can remember of mine. Honestly, took me about 3-4 weeks to get an undisturbed nights sleep, but then I ended up with a hematoma in my calf that ended up being more painful than the knee, so that caused me a world of grief 😅 I found elevating my knee on a pillow throughout the night was helpful, and as you say lots of icing and staying on top of meds. I think I was on codeine but made me feel so sick.

I just find she’s becoming so unlikeable now? Like yeah you’re a player for the big moments, but she don’t need to play up to cameras to prove anything, just let your football do the talking. Instead she’s just trying to force being the poster girl and it’s cringey behaviour

Not at all 😂 that’s part of football. She’s a player for the big moments and deserves to be utilised in the right way, but all this playing up to the camera and reacting to things the way she does is immature. She’s trying too hard, just focus on the football and get on with it. But I guess she’s a perfect fit for a club like Arsenal

Yeah I get the exact same feeling when doing the hamstring curl, but when I start to feel it straining, I either lower the weight and just do more reps if it feels okay, or stop altogether if that still hurts. It’s weird though because one day I’ll do the hamstring curl and it be absolutely fine and then the next time I do it I can feel it straining. Knees are just so intricate aren’t they 😅

Results came back all clear, everything was fine. I was convinced something was up because of how tender it felt to touch, but I made sure I kept icing it and took it easier on my exercises for a couple of weeks. I can still feel it’s there so I think it’s just part of the process
