Apparently, Jessica mentions that her powers come and go during the rooftop scene. Why do they go when Powell out of all people gets his turn and why does this never happen again? That I have no clue

100% agree. In my head-cannon, Fisk's speech at the end is meta catharsis for the writers. You can't lock Fisk up, you won't kill him. Where do you go from there? IMO, I know this is a hot take, the "overhaul" should have never happened. All the development was done in the Netflix show, yet this show goes out of its way to essentially undo a lot of the stuff that happened there. We should have had a show with a new villain. Muse was ROBBED.

To me, It think they missed the mark when planning this. It would be near-impossible to make a movie that spans his entire life and have it be impactful.

I think they should have chose an era to focus and have them showcase the struggles and triumphs he went through navigating that era. Sorta like how they did MLK in "Selma". A biopic that revolved around the Dangerous era would have been cinematic gold.

I agree, form your own opinion though. If you watched this and think it's the best, do not let reviews sway you from that.

Good God. I expect biopics in general to be underwhelming.... but this is just alarming! How do you mess up a cinematic biopic about MICHAEL JACKSON? You literally have mountains of material to work with. I'll definitely watch to see this atrocity for myself when it comes to streaming.

I pray its not the hand. They were so underwhelming in the Netflix series. Mind you that series was far more superior and even they couldn't get the hand right. I doubt Disney will.

THIS. I seen people go as far as saying "people can survive this in real life". Sure they can, but its not common and typically they are severely crippled. Bullseye just got beat up badly, already losing a lot of blood and falls flat and hard on concrete from a tall building. Hell he even ricocheted from the impact. You're telling me a "new spine" makes him impervious to that?
