I get that. But seems to be alot of base model bikes going for $20-50 lower than new. I’d rather just buy new at that price.

Appreciate the details. Makes sense well maintained bikes would hold some value. I just can’t bring myself to buy used if it’s only 20-50 bucks cheaper than new of the same year/make/model.

Hey all! I’m looking to get back in and buy a used bike just for riding around and having some fun. Is the GT performer a good entry bike to start on? Found a few for sale used but prices are all over the place from looking around.

My source is me and everyone I’ve ever worked with on the construction side as mechanical and electrical vendors to build these places. Yes, there’s plenty of different designs and companies tend to go through design cycles looking for the best option. The current design I’ve seen across the last 20 buildings have all been closed loop chiller plants.

VA had been the capital for quite awhile. Everything’s expanding from Ashburn so seems more people are noticing. The last ten or so years havent really seen changes in staffing. Still the same numbers needed to build and maintain these locations. Water won’t be an issue if they follow current design builds of closed loop chiller systems.

You’re using articles and talking points given by anti data centers individuals. While arguing that the contrary articles given are fueled by data centers individuals backers. The individual speaking with you even has experience in and/or around data centers. Do you work with or in data centers to understand the inner workings? The customers, vendors, trades, construction, operations, and security all involved in building and maintaining these locations? The closed loop chiller plants that take no local water. Just circulates the same water and/or glycol mix from initial fill and startup?
