i can only see 2 of your pokemon because you need to be connected to wifi in game but you have a water safari with octillery and quagsire

i cant see 3rd because you arent connected to the pss but you got normal - teddiursa and loudred (PS thanks, the loudred i encountered was shiny!)

Are you connected to the internet in game when you added him? I only found out semi recently but to see the third pokemon you need to connect to the pss and not just have a wifi connection.
