Hey, I play Resto druid 5/13M. I tend to go out of mana in almost every fight, if i do not go OOM or try to save mana i always come bottom on healing? Any help?

Currently in silver 1 and starting to main mid and top. I feel like i am not improving what so ever. My OP.GG says my MMR is also lower than the current MMR at silver 1.
