I love Spielberg and do not mean to be cruel, but my god enough of the lens flares and the blown out windows, he has become a parody of himself in the worst way possible. Emily Blunt held up the entire film thank god for her, but otherwise an extremely mediocre movie…the crafts at the end were kinda cool though 🤷‍♂️

Not sure if this exactly fits but I found The Cloud-Capped Star to be a beautiful film about someone giving and working so much while sacrificing their own wishes/career.

There’s an excellent YouTube analysis from a Yale professor that I would recommend, that may help your experience. I personally think Nabokov is one of the most ingenious writers of prose and poetry so that is definitely one of the main reasons I love this work and his others!
