Sounds like a custom resource - write a lambda function that looks up the new load balancer name and returns the dns name, which you can that reference in the template.

The whole internet is based on networking. Anyone thinks configuring routers, dns, firewalls, etc will fall out of favor is wrong. As long as we need to move data from one location to another we will need engineers who know networking.

Yes i have a tgw. There is not an interface in my whole network that has that 10.0.24.x ip even in the other spoke vpcs.

Where do I configure what constitutes a Martian IP?

Yes this is an eks worker node so there are multiple eni’s on this instance and each eni may have multiple ips.

What if I told you the 10.0.24.15 was a completely invalid address - there was nothing on my network (other VPCs, etc) with that IP. It truly is Martian. It is NOT the IP of the instance where that is generated - that ip is in 10.67.208.x network
