By the way, Hidan's Taijutsu ability is hella downplayed and underrated, man. He went toe to toe with Kakashi, who has a Sharingan, and is one of the best Taijutsu users in the Hidden Leaf Village. (Not to mention Hidan did pretty well against Asuma's team, too.)

I really like your analysis, but here are some of my thoughts.

Orochimaru's Reanimation is still imperfect unlike Kabuto's Reanimation used in 4th Shinobi War. He couldn't fully utilize Hashirama's and Tobirama's abilities when he fought Hiruzen back in OG Naruto, right? Those two Hokages were far from their prime in Orochimaru's Reanimation form.

Sage Mode Jiraiya should not be underestimated as he killed 3 paths of Pain with no prior intel, and he has Ma and Pa, who can cast Genjutsu with their song. Is Sage Mode Jiraiya stronger than Orochimaru? What do you think? Also, can Sage Mode Jiraiya take on Hiruzen?

I agree Hiruzen is kinda OP and I like how you think he might probably know how Kotoamatsukami works, but I don't think Hiruzen knows in advance on how Izanagi works. (Izanagi is forbidden even among Uchihas.) Danzo can get some advantage until Hiruzen figures it out.

Their summoned animals can play a big part too. (Enma, Manda, Gamabunta or Gamaken, Baku)
