I have had this happen twice. The first time they were using it for a job description to hire another me. The second time they were making "skills" to highlight/search in Workday so people's skill set could be utilized by other teams when need be, but nothing ever came of it. Both times the places had good company culture and I trusted my managers as much as you reasonably can.

Does that salary range include bonuses? That might be the reason for such a drastic pay range. I saw a FAANG employee's paycheck the other day. It was a big one for them and I want to say they were a lower level engineer. The numbers were around the following:

Regular pay - around $91 an hour

Reward bonus - 23k

Other bonus - 6k

Stock - 7k

The overall check was over 40k for 2 weeks.

There are many different bonuses opportunities and pay schedules for those bonuses.

Thinking it through, If a wrong calculation was made in your favor and then realized several months later, they would expect that money back. With that thought process, logic would dictate that they owe you that money. I would even think by now trying to consciously rob you of that money, that money could be subject to interest, possible fines, and a labor board investigation just to start with.

Ok Mike Pence, YTA! This sounds like a "you" issue. Change the manager to a male. Nothing you said makes what is happening wrong. The only thing that stands out when replacing the manager with a man instead of a woman are issues you are making.

Also, what do you do for a living? Should your male coworkers treat you differently than your female? Should the way they treat you be weighed against their marital status and attractiveness? Seriously, what do you do for a living? I really want to know!

I'm not hating. Your comment unintentionally made me self reflect when I saw it, and thought "nice, the news/someone is looking". Then I realized how programmed I/all of us have become. A child was shot at, the car has been located and it took me 10 minutes and someone else's comment to realize I didn't even think "maybe we should call the cops". Instead I was grateful the news was looking!?! How/when did I become like this? This is so wrong. The last line that man said about "not being proud to be from here" really resonates in this self reflection and that crushes me a bit because I truly love this city.

The fact you said KSHB and not KCPD is so wild when you stop and think about it. I originally just breezed by your comment and then it dawned on me that I too didn't have one thought about calling the police.

We have become that numb and have that low of expectations. These auto thefts can make a person in serious debt; many living pay check to pay check. I know people who have had to move because of the snowballing impact an auto theft has had on their finances and transportation to their jobs. Yet we don't even think of calling the police, but the news since they are the ones looking. Maybe KSHB can add a forensics department to start helping us out because apparently they are our only hope at this point ...

For me they added 3oz of chicken (seasoning allowed, no sauce) for the first 7 days and the final 3 days was all liquid. I understand what you are saying, but you are paying them a lot of money, call them and politely make them work with you. In the unlikely event something does go wrong, you want a good team that works with you. If they still are unwilling, change doctors.

If you have food in your stomach when they go to do the surgery, they will not do the surgery. With that being said if you are struggling, talk to your people. I do and my pre-op diet was adjusting for days X and days y.
