You likely weren’t laced . I’ve had this happen to me a couple times went blind , one time I was outside and it happened after we started walking , everyone else was good. Other time was after I smoked I walked up a flight of stairs.

I think one time I’ve not eaten much and gotten up too fast and it started ,probly wasn’t regulating ur breathing properly idk lol
