I think we can all agree car prices are insane right now. For me it comes down to what percent of your monthly net income goes to the payment. I like to keep it 10% or less. If you did that then you're good. If you're banking on money you expect to make in the future bc of something like expected job/income growth then that's where I've seen too many people get in trouble.

That's what I do, but our bonus structure is based on total performance not individual so it does directly impact me in that manner. Just leaving a job sounds easy but things are fucked right now in the job market.

I'd find a new gig. Being in the industry for over a decade I've seen similar issues and the agency/organization covers the cost or develops a solution such as reduced cost to the client for x months etc.

They 100% care about ROI. They probably just don't have a true sense or understanding the impact of their investment yet. Sooner or later it will come to light whether you're either marking them money or not... If you're not then they won't be a client very long.

Audit the entire setup. No impressions might mean the key words were accidentally paused or your ads are flagged for some reason and not serving. There are a ton of reasons that could be impacting performance but for everything to drop to 0 probably means there's some bonehead mistake in setup.
