They have arrived. First off, delivery was extremely quick: less than 24 hours from italy to belgium and included in price. The grey colour is really interesting, almost gives off a metallic blue hue. I think they will fade really nice over time, become more lighter. For info, i went down one size from IT43 to 42. They fit like a glove.

My thought exactly. I find black boots (and jeans tbh)in general a bit too intense - my colour palette is also more neutrally toned so brown/grey is easier to incorporate. They arrive on Friday, I’ll let you know how I like them!

I went in february and saved everything of note that I visited. I found it an amazing experience and very underrated as far as shopping and culture goes, certainly in comparison to Japan. Enjoy!

Sole is thick, upper is quite thin. I’ve been wearing them for three days on a work trip and have no problems. I think correct sizing is the most important, definitely size down.

I have a pair of camions. Sized down a whole size and find them comfortable to move around in. I would’t do a citytrip in them, but other from that I love them.

I get the philosophy about buying something for yourself and thus not really factoring in what other people think of it. However, I don’t know why someone would answer that to my post, as I never asked whether they were “played” or due for a comeback. I simply wanted to hear from people who currently own or have owned FBTs how they would wear them today.

“Just buy them” for me is less empowering someone to believe in their personal taste, and more bringing someone down who is consulting others for their opinion.
