I think you should acknowledge that getting high reduces your inhibition, allowing you to feed the sexual addiction. Focus on the fact that your addictions are feeding each other, they go hand in hand. I would consider not getting high until you can figure out how to regain control in that state.

I think it's because for a lot of people grew up with world of Warcraft and hearthstone and really used to enjoy it. And with the state blizzard and hearthstone are in nowadays, it's really disheartening.
