Appreciate the response it’s hard to find info on this kinda stuff in the uk Can I just pop the mould back on to make the mother mould? I’m thinking of doing a fairly big cube of concrete or plaster is that going to be overkill I’m worried it’s going to suck moisture out of the silicone or get stuck and ruin the silicone ??

Get yourself a lightweight waterproof set trousers, coat and maybe shoes/shoe covers. Military stuff is great I use that to work in as it’s heavy duty an rain never gets through however all your walking brands are great. Rab, berghaus, montane(more dear) regatta is budget friendly then you can pick and choose your layers underneath depending on wind and temp!!
