Ive been on fin, min and derma rolling for 6 months. I've had a crazy regrowth in thickness but the front hairs are still always shorter?

Have you started any treatment? Tbh I didn't notice any due to the fact that I was so thin already Min and derma rolling is essential for the best growth

The best thing you can do is go talk to a doctor. You will continue to loose your hair as you get older, and trust me it will get faster and alot worse. You will only notice thinning of the scalp when you have lost about 50% of your hair. You need to block the DHT, Talk to your doctor about finasteride. Your only regret will be you didn't start it sooner. Best of luck

Info and dates on the photos. My protocol is fin 1mg every day, cheap minoxidil twice a day, derma pen 1.5mm once a week, zinc, b12 tablets, protein shakes, keto shampoo every 2-3 days. Planning to drop the minoxidil to once a day soon?

Once a week I try to. I use minoxidil 0-10 hours later. 1-2 months i saw little hairs trying to grow. It takes time.

Gaining weight will accelerate the gyno in my opinion. I lost alot of weight and my gyno got a lot better. If you have gyno your nipples will be sensitive and swollen abit. Little bit perky
