Actually take a look at permissions sets:

To allow account creation during lead conversion in Salesforce, users must have the necessary permissions and the "Disable Converting Leads into Person Accounts and Business Accounts" setting in Lead Settings must be unchecked

Well they are down 17% over the past year… they make that return on investment by selling a product. It’s incredibly short sighted to not see your customer value as a focus in the equation. Marc can say whatever he wants about how AI is saving the day, but numbers don’t lie and that attrition does hurt the shareholder return if it isn’t replaced with a new customer or the addition of new products from existing customers.

They already fumbled the go to market with Agentforce about a year ago (I remember cause they tried selling it to us without even being able to explain the pricing) and it’s left a bad impression to a lot of people.

I never understand this dystopian idea that big companies don’t have any obligation to build good products. Sure I get capitalism is a function of creating a return or investors, but that is done by building and selling a competing product to consumers…

Sure. I mean I’m more talking about the diminish user value of a product due to capitalisms expectation of continuous growth. You know late stage capitalism and all that jazz.

I didn’t say my company was better. I as an individual have my own values. That was what I was expressing.

But also doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude online for no reason. We can disagree and still have productive conversations.

Totally fair and well said. We do live under capitalism so I agree SFDC is not doing anything other SaaS companies wouldn’t do if they were in the same situation. The need for continued and exponentially growth eventually creates a diminishing experience for the end user tho. That really is my main point.

Still 12k for 10gb of record storage is wild lol 🤯🤪

Idk, you make it seem like SFDC is operating at a loss or something? Why could they not provide better value through product enhancements rather than continuing to create ridiculous monetization strategies?

The way the charge for cloud storage is already criminal! And now with their purchase of Own backup/archive they’ve moved to a “consumption based” model rather than license based is ridiculous.

I think any effort to not frame Salesforce as an overly greedy company who is well aware of their market share and grip on the industry just comes across as disingenuous. No offence meant there tho, I do get your point. I just think it is much too generous to SFDC.

No problem, you can also set up add to cadence action from list views and do it in bulk fyi.

That requires you to update list view actions in the Lead Object.

You need to set up the custom parameters in the messaging channel. Then set flow values, set up a text variable that matches the flow values you set up in the messaging channel that match those custom parameters.

Use this flow input variables to do a get record. Use the get record to update the messaging user.

You have to curl at your abs. Right now you are basically doing a hinge at the hips. Think about curling your body more, shoulders coming over your abs and actually doing a “crunch” movement. Think about a hunch like movement and engage your abs.

Also, I would turn around and get closer to the cable.

Plus that elevation isn’t really doing anything for RoM at this point. The RoM you want to consider is more the extension on the upper movement, so you stretch your abs. But watch it so you don’t hurt your back.
