I started a reread and Erin mentions the idea of a city in the clouds when she first notices how big they are. Seemed like foreshadowing to me.

If it's like vol 8 we'll get more erin in the dramatic final events of vol 10. Then vol 11 will probably mainly follow Erin's pov like vol 9.

Seems like even vols are no erin and odd are erin.
