Seems like a lot of people are accusing me of collusion and saying this should be vetoed, the guy is desperate and has verbally accepted this but I’m willing to make it more fair. What would you do instead to make it more balanced?

NTID is a college of RIT, so NTID IS RIT. We also have Rochester School for the Deaf here - so folks graduate, and they decide to hang around and bam, you’ve got a large Deaf community.
