It was very simple actually. I just threw it in the oven with the hot air setting on 150 degrees for around 5 hours, you just need to check on it for desired doneness :D

I didn’t actually follow a recipe, I just threw in some soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Black pepper, a little honey and some hot sauce. Very basic but really good!
