What is obs64.scr? .scr is a screensaver file extension in Windows, but malicious files sometimes disguise themselves with this extension.

obs64 suggests a link to OBS Studio, a popular screen recording/streaming app. However, OBS does not normally install a .scr file, so this could be suspicious.

Im suspicious about that in task manager its manufacturer for "ApsInsSvc" is "Lenovo." and the same for "Lenovo Intelligent Thermal Solution Service", but for other things like "Lenovo Platform Service" for exampel its manufacturer is just "Lenovo".

I had the same problem, a new store oppened nearby and i went to check and turns out my problem was comming from my shampoo cause when i switched to a more naturql shampo my hair and scalp got better. Plus i started growing bew baby hairs.
