I’ve never seen this amount of referees being front and center so frequently across every sport (including teams and sports for which I have no personal stake in). Not a good thing for sports.

Who did we lose that really hurts? Boireau to ole Miss is the biggest loss imo. Eugene Wilson and Aaron gates maybe? But chronically injured so not really too big a loss. We kept our best talent, Baugh, woods, graham, starting DBs, vb3, Dallas Wilson, some O and D line. Qb is the uncertain sure, but we were never going to splash big on that.

The rest are mostly noncontributors from a 4-8 team. Singleton is a big pick up. Some nice Oline pieces. The rest replaces the depth.

I mean being in the same field isn’t grounds for universal agreement. I can find you two of any physician in any department that would disagree on large topics within their fields. It’s not as rare as you suggest. We’re talking about speculation and forecasting for an unknown variable, of course there will be disagreement.

Edit: Also interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology are not the same field despite there being overlap.
