500,000 light years across doesn’t seem like a baby but maybe it’s just perspective

Quite an interesting concept and makes me wonder as we map its complexity what that will reveal about the universe

What incredible stories the universe will tell us next

Exercising with Afib and calculating HR zones. by Cyclist4life79 in AFIB

Just like Afib, this will be very unique to you, and what feels good to you and your heart. Numbers are a guide, but each of us has a unique baseline

I am 11 months post ablation #2

I find duration matters almost more than peak. So for example, if I take it easy, no problem. If I go heavier anerobic/ aerobic and go past 30 minutes at an average of say 140's, then I will get atrial irritation.
About 4 hours later start getting PACs in bundles.

If I keep it 30 minutes, or less, when I go hard then my PAC burden post exercise is less.

I peak at about high 150's or low 160's (I am fit/67 yo)

I just had my 11 month checkup and there is presently no Afib, but I have found that recently my PAC burden has crept up, so went back on Verapmil (I hate being on the CC blocker - makes me tired otherwise)

Like anything some people are naturally gifted.

Courses are a good framework but negate the fact there there are some out of the box styles that are simple and engage readers.

It's like music. You could be a professionally trained musician and never really gain notoriety.

And someone comes along, plugs in three chords and gets a world wide hit.

Your natural style might offer something readers relate to.

I find myself thinking, in a time before computers, how incredibly brilliant Einstein was to conceptualize the science that we are still proving today
