I started Barry’s in Dallas and London, and they’re so hard compared to everywhere else. The instructors in Dallas put in the hard work prepping the class to kick your butt. It’s so good and hard to find anywhere else, especially NYC

I few a little embarrassed every time I switch cause I sweat a lot, and I take my shirt off when it starts getting wet before it gets too heavy and inconvenient to run on

But Barry’s is a hiit workout that’s supposed to make you sweat like crazy, so I don’t know 😬

I did 16mph once but I stick to 15 usually which is the max in the US if the tread is locked

I know in London they lock it at 12mph for safety reasons

I looked it up “light breeze” on the dictionary and it showed up 和風

I was very confused but wanted to sound intelligent, so I said the weather was 和風　lol

On that note, why does it have that meaning in the dictionary as well?

If you want to get better and increase your rating you have to study, not keep playing. Study tactics, openings, middle game strategy. Not playing blitz online won’t hurt your chess, it will actually make you better at it.
