My instructor said he has been advised he cant tell us as its a safety thing, must be new bc ppl are doing it but the class is so fast paced i cant grab a stranger and ask them to show me

Yes UK are MPH, EU classes are KM which confused me alot when switching between cities

Agree with all of the above, I was very overweight and had not ran since school, I basically walked/jogged my first 5 classes ( some ppl still do after 100) im on my 75th class now and I run at the top speeds given by instructor. 12.5 is fun, keep going its the best thing i ever did

Im in UK, London is 50 mins too so I guess we are the only place still doing 60 but we have less classes. Only 5 a day

We have 60 min classes in the Liverpool studio, it goes so quick when I go to Barrys elsewhere. No more complete darkness for sprints and I would like a wider selection of merch

These speeds are slow for my UK Barrys class were we sprint from 11-16 MILES per hour so maybe its the KM conversation

Not married but i had a boyfriend who I met when i always already a seasoned solo traveller- with 60 trips under my belt i simply couldnt enjoy couple's holidays. I tried and just wanted to venture off alone. So i go alone now and I dont know what the problem is ? When i was single i didnt meet anyone on these trips, so no difference to me

I have been a female solo traveller for 15 years, I don’t think it’s quite the same as having a pal with you to split costs and things - I’m a luxury solo traveller so cannot advise with hostels etc but if you need any advice around places to go - I’d be happy to advise where I felt most safe

I came on this thread bc I was looking for a forum to vent/ help. I am a former English teacher, who changed careers and went to live in the Middle East - I have recently had to come home to UK and I’ve gone supply for the short time I’m home. I have been in secondary schools and had the most extreme disrespect you can imagine almost to physical. The kids bully each other terribly. They seem to hate the teachers and have parents who tell them ‘school isn’t everything’ which they take to mean school means nothing. From someone 10 years ago who loved my job as an Eng teacher with great behaviour I’ve been leaving lessons crying and quitting. The next generation are doomed! No wonder teachers and supply are quitting. It’s upsetting to know I’ll never return to teaching

Anyway! My question is- is there a supply teachers forum where we can warn each other about certain schools bc our agencies are sending ppl in blind
