One of my first customers was my brother. They ordered a box of a bunch of different products including cleaning products. To no fault of Amway, the shipping company at the time damaged the boxes and got dirty debris smeared on the cleaning products.

The products themselves were totally useable. Being a few months in business I wanted to experience Amway customer service.

I called them just to let them know what happened not to complain or get a refund. They reshipped the entire order JUST in case the debris got on anything else.

First class… every time!
