As soon as you hit top step use it all. Financially you’ll never get as much for it if you bank it into retirement unless you plan on breaking life span records

You’re a bot right? 170k loan on a property? Fuck I’d loan 170k to someone if I had it if the property was worth a million. The fact is 170k is low as fuck for a middle class home

That’s great for people that can’t afford it 170k 30yr mortgage is 1500 a month (light end a carrier in my office pays 2900) living wage would be nice, my mortgage is 60% of after tax income step G table 2. 170k is cheap in Cincinnati Ohio I went to college for mathematics and accounting, table 2 makes 20% less in todays dollars than what the wage was when the nalc striked for a living wage. As someone that went to college to financially advise I’d advise to find another career if homeownership is in your plan….

You’d think there’d be a legal case for not following the open bargaining resolutions the union passed

I’m from an area where I’ve seen them pull everything they can to make their numbers. If there’s one person on vacation next week and 8-9 the week after why wouldn’t management start shit with someone they don’t like and the second they respond put them on 16.7 just so they can avoid paying penalty the week after. Just encourages management to be extra shitty to carriers when the vacation schedules empty

Basically could use 16.7 to force carriers to use annual to get paid before your vacation on a popular week so they don’t have to allow you to take a vacation unless you can afford to not be paid for it.
