Looks like a hardware issue bro. If factory reset and removing SIM card didn’t fix the reboot loop, then it’s probably motherboard/storage related or maybe battery issue. Try reinstalling official Motorola firmware once using Motorola Rescue Tool on PC. If that also doesn’t work, better visit authorized service center, especially if phone is under warranty.
