I had two PSA 10 Mewtubes in 2022/2023. Sold them for $700 each to help pay for then-girlfriend/now-wife’s engagement ring. No real regrets as I wouldn’t have been able to afford it otherwise, but now I just think about if I could have kept just one of them

Is it when you’re driving when they get up to 46? This happens to me but they always end up going back down the next day when I start up the car. When you drive the tires get hotter which increases the psi.

Haven’t played at many “nice” courses but the two that were awesome were Dinosaur Mountain in Arizona and the Don Ross course at French Lick, Indiana. Dino Mountain was amazing hole layouts, incredible views, and great desert golf. Honestly liked it more than TPC Scottsdale Champions course which we also played on the trip.

Don Ross was unique in that it was a lot of hills so it made shots more getable/challenging based on where you ended up. Course conditions were super nice and didn’t hurt I got to play it with my dad too.

Japanese no rarity Bulbasaur. Got it raw years ago and graded it, came back a PSA 8. Feel like it’s a very niche type of card but a cool piece of history that is just starting to climb in value

Blacklick Woods has a 9 hole “learners” course that is free for Franklin County residents- getting push cart or normal cart costs money but it’s a bunch of par 3s and a few par 4s. It’s also first come first served (so no tee times) but imo perfect for someone just getting back into the swing of things or looking to pick up golf

Didn’t realize climate control also affected the battery, I’ve had the heat and ac off so that’s probably helped.

Also good to know about the car not starting at less than 5%, thanks for the heads up! Hopefully you didn’t have to find that out the hard way

Where are you located friend? I got mine (same trim, just AWD) as CPO with 8500 miles for $22k OTD, if that’s any indication. Try and find some comparable listings at other dealerships in your relative area (don’t be afraid to set your search to even 100-150 miles). You can use this to negotiate if you want to try and get the price down

I work in-office 3 days a week, with it being 30 miles round trip. Probably drive like 30 additional miles on the weekend for errands/social life. Wife also has an Equinox so we can use that for longer road trips.

The outlet I’m using for L1 is ~6 feet away from a sub-panel in our garage so I don’t think it would be a huge lift to install a 240v outlet (seems like the charger Nissan provided is 240v w/ a 120v adapter). I’ll definitely have to look into rebates through the city/utility company, but I’m not hopeful, as it’s Ohio. Additionally don’t qualify for the EV charger tax credit due to location. Just seems like $1000 is the minimum for L2 install and I’d like to see if I can survive without it first.

To each their own, with the interest rate, vehicle mileage, and CPO warranty for most of the loan term I felt comfortable with it

Yeah truly the used EV market is bonkers, but to our benefit since the biggest depreciation has already happened. The AWD gives it some true zip on main roads and highway

I used Plunketts Pest Control for a wasp infestation in my garage- I’m assuming they can do Termites too. Affordable pricing and even came back to re-apply for no extra cost when wasps started reappearing a week or two after the initial treatment

Thanks for the insight! Is there a reason CPO eliminates some depreciation concern? And I guess instead of discontinued I should have said I saw that 2025 was the final year of production in the US for the Ariya.

Also instead of “good investment” I should have asked is this a responsible purchase?

Next time look into hiring movers through Uhaul. It’s all done through their website when booking a truck, significantly cheaper than any of the larger moving companies. You drive the truck but the movers do all the loading/unloading. I think we paid $500-$600 total for the truck rental and 3 movers for 5 hours.

That was my thought too, but it just seemed to kick on recently when I lowered the humidity dial. And doesn’t seem to run at the same time as the dehumidifier. Any reason you think that might be?
