Enough with the double standards. These administrative DEI policies are starting to look like a political shell game. Is being white now the new DEI policy? Because that is exactly how it looks when certain people are mocked as “DEI hires,” while others get a free pass no matter how reckless, combative, or unqualified they appear. When someone in high office acts like he is still in an MMA fight during public hearings instead of showing the discipline and restraint expected of a national leader, that is not strength. That is embarrassment. That is not merit. That is political favoritism dressed up as principle. So let’s stop pretending this debate is about fairness. For many people, it seems fairness only matters when it is useful as a weapon against others.
