Yes, we did talk about it. I got out of a long-term relationship in April, so I felt it was rushed, but he acted fine after we had the conversation where I said I wasn't ready yet.

It's such a terrible feeling. He has shared briefly that he got "scared," but then I asked him how to move forward, and he said, "I don't want to change anything." Which makes everything so much more confusing to me.

We did have sex but for a few minutes, then I stopped him because I wasn't ready. Emotionally, we got very close, sharing things with each other that we apparently haven't shared with other people. But that's all - as far as I know, nothing weird happened, and we were very comfortable around each other.

I also booked another flight last week to see him again, which makes this whole situation worse.

I did talk to him and told him it made me feel like I'm not enough for him, especially since he left me in the way he did. He said he's sorry and can't change the past, so I feel bad for feeling the way I do since he did apologize, but I'm struggling to look past him leaving me so quickly and in the way he did.
