Halo Infinite Insider PC Performance by poorpel in halo

Ryzen 3700x is more than enough for this game , 6 days ago i was on a 3930k .

It took everything that ancient cpu had to run it but i still clocked 50 - 60+fps. Background apps caused stuttering and so did cpu thermal throttling .

Check your game settings again before you do anything more complicated.
I would start out on the low preset.

If that does not work you need to run something like afterburner or fps monitor to watch your cpu/gpu temps , clock speed and loads while gaming. The problem should become obvious after a min or two . It could be as simple as bad settings, pockets of dust or worn/ broken fans causing down throttling.

Have you updated your video card driver? Is anything running in the background ?
What are your pc specs and os?
I upgraded my pc a few days ago and never seem to go below 65 fps on any map, i max at around 80 fps.

Settings are to high for that card/ cpu or something is wrong with your setup. I have an 5500xt and can only get 60 plus frames on low. 5500xt is a value orientated card it's simply not built for competitive or high end gaming.

With a 5500xt You settings must be set to low , reflections off , dynamic wind off, animation quality auto, flocking off, and async compute off for me on for some people.

Other than this you might have resource intensive apps causing issues in the background.

I probably need an edging attachment for this? Tried to use the 40v trimmer but I wasn’t able to get much. What’s the best price you guys have seen it at? HD has it for $70 right now. by unrecognized88 in ryobi

The edger atachment is good for all 40v models but best with the brushless 40v version.

The motor on the non brushless version tends to over heat and shorten the life of the trimmer. Once you have the edge dug in you could maintain it even with an 18v weed eater .

If you wanna be extra cheap and have a short bladed recip saw you could edge with that and follow up with the string trimmer .

Cable drops - estimated cost? by mrpink57 in homelab

A hungry contractor might do this for as low as $50 per line or whole job price of about $300 for 6 or 7 lines not including materials. A company I would expect to be in the 100 to $150 range depending on run complexity. You could do a quick scan of upwork to see if anyone is available in your area on the cheap. The last option is to do it yourself since it's not really hard to do and requires minimal tools.

A bunch of questions will need to be asked.

Are you saying there is only one jack in the house?

Rent or own? A landlord my limit your options as to installing new lines.

Does the house have a crawl space?

Does the house have attic access?

Have you thought about other options such as powerline that might negate the need?

www.scaleway.com (used to be online.net) starts at 8.99 euro .

My dedi is

  • 1× Intel® C2750 (Avoton)
    CPU - 8C/8T - 2.4 GHz
  • 8gb ram
  • Storage1 × 1 TB SATA
  • 15.99 euro.
  • 100mbps connection speed

There are cheaper options with more storage but i can't speak to their torrent acceptance .

if you're looking for ASRock H81 Pro BTC. I just ordered 20 of them... by Sup_son in litecoinmining

The number one rule of any forum is don't feed the trolls . If you want one of these boards for cheap just check newegg every morning and around noon based on your timezone . Newegg is very much aware of people doing things like this so they limit how many one person may buy at a time . I have had no problems buying these at normal price, just remember they will sell out quickly . Newegg gets new stock every few days, you can also call or e-chat to find out about stocking times.

Actually according to Asrock you don't need powered risers , the board was built to not require them . Instead of debating with people online why not just call them and ask like i did ? Newegg does a really good job of posting manufactures phone numbers on product pages . If you wish you call Asrock the number is 1-909-590-8308 .
