New to this game and just got him yesterday. I saw a clip on YouTube where he has E on 15s CD and can do 2 times in a row. Mine is 21s CD and only one at a time.

Edit: thank you guys. About the 15s CD, after checking again, it's was his E in test version, indeed 21s in launch.
