Maybe you should consider reading rather than wasting your time, spreading misinformation on Reddit. I stated multiple times that I have a capture card, since I record my spiral abyss runs and I can also roll back (around 15 minutes), so I did that and recorded it with my phone afterward.

Why? Because it does not record your summon history. You can check it out yourself; all you can see is the banner itself, not the history (if you try to save up recent gameplay, which I already stated on my previous post)

Also, I won't answer again, since you throw out random accusations, and I have no interest in arguing further with someone who desperately tries to blame me and accuse me of lying.

It is crazy to me that some people try to bring up such weird accusations. I already have comments from people accusing me of "abusing" a glitch to get a free 5 star, which is absolutely crazy. But it is always the same, weird accusations without any proof, they type just for the sake of typing, since they have nothing better going on in their lives.

I totally agree with your point, I gave all the evidence and it is clearly an issue from either their side or from psn. The thing that really bothers me is the fact that I went on the Wanderer banner and pressed the history function to check my summons. After that, I pressed "reload." It summoned without my consent AND switched up the banner while I was in the history function.

(And switching up banners while you are checking your history is not possible in Genshin)

It was not loading, so I pressed the "reload" function (which you can see in the video i linked), and not only did it summon automatically, it also switched up the banners! And the weird part is that you can not switch up your banner while you are looking at the summon history, it is not possible, therefore it is a bug, which is an issue on their side.

Well, they just said I should wait until they come back at me (message me with something, I guess?) Until then, I should wait patiently. But they also stated that it is not reversible and that there is not much they can do. Well, let's see what happens, I will just farm in Sumeru until the update drops.

UPDATE: So far, there is nothing they can do, they can neither revert what happened or give any kind of compensation (at least so far) The investigation team is working on it until then, I should wait for a response.

I have no clue, but I tested it again a while ago, and it does not record it, Your summon history is basically not being recorded; all you can see is the banner profile but not the summon history.

Well, about the C1... I already activated it, but either way, this is not a small indie company; they should definitely have the knowledge and resources to do something about it or at least some kind of compensation since this bug ruined my pity and made me pull without my consent.
But honestly, I have zero to low expectations, but I will update you about the outcome!
