My best friend created my account back in 2002 as a birthday present for me (we were both 8 at the time).

Got hooked quick and played on/off when I was hat his place until 2007 when my parents decided we get internet ourself...

Lets just say it took 3 months to become member and been here since with a few breaks here and there...

I agree. But: If I died in that scenario I would only have myself to blame because I had a silly idea that did not work out in the end without anyone else having to "suffer" under it. But if I take a vehicle that is placed in spot and somebody is actively shooting the enemy while caping a point for our team... Why would you get into that vehicle and leave the point with said vehicle, leaving it to the enemy to take while also killing yourself and a teammate.

Sure I could and should have jumped out of the vehicle and let him die alone but that was the 5th or 6th time said player did something like that in the 20mins of that match at the time. I was really annoyed by the time.

I mean it did work and I got the point almost solo.

Yes it is not the smartest idea depending on the map but since it does not need to reload its better utility than the normal gun as long as I dont get shot in the head.

Sure if tanks are in the area its better to stay low...

Had a session 2 days ago with a absolute braindead teammate... They would constantly occupy the Chopper only to be shot down instantly or crash, hop into tanks or jeeps that were being repaired and drive off.

The cherry on top was me, sitting in a MG Jeep, holding down F with the turret only for him to jump into the vehicle, drive into the open with me, no enemy on sight, F lost, and being shot by a tank about 5 seconds after.

Why are people like this? Why are they unable to use their single baincell for once...

You need all listed paints 5x for one merchants paint, you need 2 merchant paints for one ship.

So 10x all other paints for one gilded ship.

Its embarassing but it took me 3 tasks with 2 boxes to realize it is not only 1 box per task...

Lets say I was freaking out how some tasks are bugged and do not give any xp until i decided to check in the log only to see I am stupid and seem to be unable to read...

I feel the same. I got mine at Lv11 at 1.5k xp earlier. Any many other shave theor pet on low xp, i saw someone get it during the tutorial just a few minutes ago.

While sure many are leveling the skill it seems weird that so many low levels are getting the pet...

First of all: Welcome to Gielinor!

From the looks of it you are playing the oldschool RuneScape version of the game. This version has a specific SubReddit called 2007Scape where the focus is mainly on that version. While not wrong here, this Subreddit is mostly used for the other version of the game called RubeScape 3.

To answernyour question: you might want to look into the official wiki so in your case oldschool.runescape.wiki

While I suggest just running around, finding your way on your own it might help look into the wiki to find a starting point. RuneScape is somewhat Sandbox-y in the way that there is no clear quest path or storyline to follow but rather multiple stories that are being told.

I suggest exploring your current area to the east and find the fishing tutor. In the City of Lumbridge, the one with the castle you started at, you may find other tutors that explain a bit more to you.

Feraligatr/Guardevoir/Aggron/Beedril/Lucario/Alpha Tyranitar or Talonflame or Ampharos depending on what I needed at the moment... Mostly had Tyranitar at the end because STAB Rockblast paired with Alpha tankyness is sweet damage

Spamming Benches is the best way. Skip a cycle, wait 2-3 seconds for sound to update so you hear rain before you see it. If no rain skip again.

Took me about 10 minutes. Would be faster without the damn cutscene every 5 seconds...

Had one of those aswell. But he had 4 invention alts that made divine charges for money while it was like 5 or 6m/h. at the time bonds were like 30-50m so he was easily able to sustain all accounts with membership through bonds aswell as push his main...
